10 Best iPad Apps for Creative Web & Graphic Designers
As a designer, I am always looking for ways to make my work easier on the go. I got an iPad for the purpose of using it as a work tool (as well as an entertainment tool of course!). I never thought I would find so many apps that are geared towards creative professionals. I downloaded and tested many apps, and these are the ones that I would put at the top of my list. (Most of these apps are available for the iPhone as well).
Adobe Ideas
As a creative professional, you always need something that you can use on the go when ideas pop into your head. This app allows you to sketch on the go, create design ideas and write notes on the images. It is a great tool that combines features from Photoshop and Illustrator.

iMockups
This app is great for putting together site mockups. You can set up wireframes for sites with the swipe of a finger. Very easy to use, and a great app for creative web designers.

This is a great app for people from any creative profession. Weather you are a graphic designer, interior designer, photographer, artist, you can collect the ideas and things that inspire you and put them all in one place.

Photoshop Express allows you to quickly edit photos. You can easily crop, modify colors, and add artistic effects. After you are done, you can save your photos or share them on Facebook and PhotoShop.com. (Free)

Adobe Ideas is wonderful. I’m a graphic designer based in SanFran, and i use my iPad ALL THE TIME. Whenever an idea hits me while I’m not in the office, I can pull out my iPad and sketch it out with ease. Not only that, but after enough refinements and revisions, i can send the design to customers over AT&T’s speedy 4G LTE network!
